A beautiful Teardrop Necklace created using a lock of your Loved One's Hair or Pet's Fur. The sterling silver pendant is carefully layered with resin containing the hair to achieve a beautiful floating appearance. Available in an array of colours, the pendant comes complete with an 16-18" sterling silver chain, an authentication certificate and beautiful gift box. The reverse of the necklace can be engraved with a name or personal message of your choice.

Some of our designs offer the unique opportunity to include personalised handwriting for the engraving. If you select this option during your order process, we'll send you a link to upload the handwriting sample you wish to include in your piece after receiving your order.

We’ve made it easy to do – just choose the option to include a photograph from the product menu and upload your chosen image. Please note that all photos will be converted to black and white and cropped to square.
If you prefer not to add a photograph, don't worry; your jewellery will still arrive in a lovely Hand on Heart Jewellery gift box.
Upon receiving your order, we'll promptly send a hair collection pack to you via Royal Mail, labelled with your unique order reference. This pack contains a special bag for you to gently place a small sample of hair. Postage is pre-paid, allowing you to return the pack to us free of charge. To ensure accuracy, all packs are clearly marked for precise order matching, and we return any leftover hair with your completed piece. You can expect regular updates from us throughout this entire process.
Please be aware that every piece of jewellery we craft is handmade, leading to minor variations in colour from the images shown, as each keepsake is unique. Our sample pieces have been created using thick, dark hair to showcase the design. The visibility of the hair within the pendant can vary greatly depending on its colour and thickness. In particular, very light, fine, or grey hair may not be as clearly visible once set. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that any hair will be visible, due to these natural variations and the intricacies of the handcrafting process.
Upon receiving your order, we will send out your Hair Collection Pack within one business day. This will be delivered by Royal Mail and will conveniently arrive through your door without needing a signature.
Upon receipt of the hair in our studio, the creation of your bespoke piece will commence. We estimate around 21 days for this crafting and dispatch process. Please note, due to the natural factors influencing our Hair Keepsake process, such as temperature affecting drying time, we can't expedite or guarantee earlier delivery. Our commitment to never compromising on quality ensures each piece receives the time and attention it deserves to be perfect.
Your completed order will be dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked service. After we send out your order, it usually takes around 2-3 days for it to arrive at your doorstep.
International Delivery - Please note that we only deliver Jewellery made with Hair to the UK & Ireland. For orders originating from the Republic of Ireland & The Channel Islands, the arrangement and payment for postage to send the hair to us will need to be handled by you. More details >
Every order from us arrives with comprehensive instructions on how to maintain your jewellery's optimal condition. Key points of these instructions include:
• Always remove your jewellery before it might come in contact with water such as during bathing, exercising, or cleaning.
• Avoid subjecting your jewellery to extended exposure to direct sunlight or UV rays, including those from sunbeds or nail lamps. Be sure to take off your jewellery if you're planning to sunbathe.
• Your keepsake should be stored in its original box, in a cool and dry place, and kept separate from other jewellery items.
For durability and longevity, please frequently inspect all fittings, steer clear of contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals, and store your pieces away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. We advise against using liquid cleaning solutions.
