The Studio is a fast-paced, thriving environment where it's very much 'all hands on deck'. To join our team, you'll need a brilliant eye for detail, a 'can do' attitude and you'll be a quick learner. Everything we do, we do together so you'll need to enjoy working within a team and be quick to adapt to change.
What we can offer you...
While it's your job to create Jewellery, it's our job to make you succeed. We run an extensive job progression programme which includes training at all levels, a pay scale which increases as you progress and 6 weeks paid holiday (rising to 7 weeks after 24 months). As a small company, we have a very entrepreneurial environment which is perfect for ambitious people who love to think outside of the box.

We’re looking for a passionate, organised, and proactive Workload Coordinator to join our team. This role is at the core of our operations, overseeing our workload system to ensure each order is accurately recorded and prioritised for a smooth, efficient workflow.
