Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an Ashes Collection Kit via Royal Mail, specifically linked to your unique order. Inside the kit, you’ll find a small measuring spoon—this is all you need to gather a tiny portion of the cremation ashes. Just one teaspoon is enough to create up to six beautiful pieces of jewellery,

Once you have your kit, place the ashes into the secure tin provided and close it carefully. Then, simply use our free return service to send the pack back to us. If there are any ashes left over after we’ve completed your jewellery, we will always return them to you along with your finished piece.

If you’d like to combine ashes from more than one person into a single piece, simply place both ashes into the same tin. If you’d prefer to keep them separate, just let us know after ordering, and we’ll provide additional tins.

To help us manage our careful crafting process, we kindly ask that the Ashes Collection Pack is returned within seven days of receiving it. However, we completely understand that sometimes this may not be possible. If you need more time, we offer a flexible extension of up to six weeks. If you have any questions or concerns about returning the ashes, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help in any way we can.

This design can be crafted with hair or fur as an alternative to cremation ashes. However, it's important to note that the hair or fur will not be visible. If you wish for the hair to be visible, we recommend considering our dedicated Hair Range. Nevertheless, please bear in mind that even within this range, we can't guarantee the visibility of the hair due to variations in colour and thickness.

If you choose to add an engraved message in our own font, please note that this will be completed in lower case with a capital letter at the beginning of names and messages. If you select this option during your order process, we'll send you a link to upload the handwriting sample you wish to include in your piece after receiving your order.

International Delivery - Please note that we are not able to offer delivery of our Gold Jewellery to any international addresses, including those originating from the Republic of Ireland & The Channel Islands

If you choose to add our Jewellery Filling Service, your collection kit will be dispatched within one working day.

Included with each order are comprehensive instructions to ensure your jewellery's longevity. Key recommendations include removing your jewellery when bathing, exercising and cleaning. We advise against using cleaning solutions and direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. For storage, keep your piece in its original box, separately from other items, in a cool and dry place. Regular inspection of all fittings is also advised to maintain durability.More details >
