However, if you require your order promptly, ensure to place it before 1pm and opt for the Next Day* service. This means you'll receive your order on the next business day from when your order was placed.

If you choose to add our Jewellery Filling Service, your collection kit will be dispatched within one working day and we will aim to have your filled jewellery dispatched within 5 working days from the date which your kit is received back into our studio

Leather is a natural material that requires extra care to maintain its best appearance. To keep your leather jewellery looking its best, follow these guidelines:

Do:
- Keep your leather jewellery out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat.
- Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume and body lotion.
- Regularly check the fixings and fittings to ensure they are functioning correctly and are not damaged.

Don't:
- Wear your leather jewellery while exercising or performing manual work; remember to remove it first.
- Expose your leather jewellery to water. Water can cause the natural dye to run and weaken the leather. If your bracelet does get wet, gently wipe it with a dry, non-abrasive cloth and let it dry completely at room temperature.

Included with each order are comprehensive instructions to ensure your jewellery's longevity. Key recommendations include removing your jewellery when bathing, exercising, or cleaning and avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight or UV rays. We advise against using cleaning solutions and direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
