Ordering Fingerprint Jewellery is easy with our streamlined process. Start by personalising your design via our available options. You can provide prints using a printing kit we'll send you, use existing prints you might have, or even use prints from a previous order you may have placed.

If you require Printing Kit to take the prints, the process is quick and easy. You can view a video demonstration here.

Once you have placed your order and have your prints ready, simply snap a photo of them and head to our Magic Print Uploader Here.
If you have chosen to include Handwriting on your design, you can upload a photograph of the writing you'd like to use to our Print Uploader with your Fingerprint image. Remember to keep your order number handy, which is available in your Order Confirmation Email.

When you place an order with us, we reserve a design slot to create your unique handcrafted piece. To keep everything on track, we typically need your prints within 8-12 days (or 28 days for international orders). If you’re unable to send them within this time, don’t worry—you have up to 12 weeks to provide them. However, this will extend your delivery timeframe up to 6 weeks from when we receive your prints. Some of our designs offer the unique opportunity to include personalised handwriting for the engraving. If you select this option during your order process, we'll send you a link to upload the handwriting sample you wish to include in your piece after receiving your order.

Enhance your Jewellery Box by adding a special photograph to the inside of the box, adding an extra heartfelt touch to your jewellery.

We’ve made it easy to do – just choose the option to include a photograph from the product menu and upload your chosen image. Please note that all photos will be converted to black and white and cropped to square.

If you prefer not to add a photograph, don't worry; your jewellery will still arrive in a lovely Hand on Heart Jewellery gift box.

This design comes with a Lifetime No-Fade Guarantee, which means that if the prints or text fade on your jewellery due to a fault with the piece, we will repair or remake it free of charge.

All our chains and additional elements come with a one-year guarantee. We urge you to regularly check for any wear and tear and to adhere to the care instructions meticulously to preserve the longevity of your piece.

Can you use prints from any age?
Children's fingerprints emerge at varying ages. We suggest fingerprint jewellery for children aged 12 months and older, as well as adults. For those under 12 months, our hand and footprint collection would be a more suitable choice.

Are the prints required to be on paper?
Please note that we can only process fingerprints obtained using our Fingerprinting Kit or ink on paper. Unfortunately, we are unable to work with prints made with putty or clay.
