Following Government guidance during the current pandemic, we have been forced to make the difficult decision of temporarily closing our production studio in order to not only protect the wellbeing of our valued employees, but also ensure that delivery and courier companies are only being used for essential purposes. While we are able to work largely remotely and adhere to ‘Social Distancing’ rules in the Studio, we feel that we have a social responsibility to protect other suppliers and delivery companies, sorting offices and their workers too. By continuing to send out parcels, these services require staff to collect, sort and deliver and we strongly believe that EVERYONE should now be following the Government's advice to stay at home unless absolutely necessary. As much as we know how special our Jewellery is to people, we strongly believe that delivery services should only be being used for essential deliveries such as food and medical supplies right now.

Can I still place an order?
Yes, absolutely! Although we have had to close the Studio, our Customer Service and Sales team is working from home and will answer any enquiries asap. Please note that as from 1pm Thursday 25th March 2020, printing kits won’t be dispatched until the Studio re-opens. This is to ensure that we’re not creating unnecessary contact or strain on delivery services or asking staff to leave their homes. As a small business in our 11th year, we really need your support at this time! We will be re-opening the Studio as soon as we possibly can and running plenty of offers and promotions before then to ensure that those who continue to order are rewarded for their support. We appreciate that this will be disappointing to many customers and it has been absolutely heartbreaking to make this decision, but we feel that it's the right thing to do given the circumstances and hope you will support us and other businesses through this terrible time.

I have already placed an order and returned my prints, when will I receive my order?
All orders that we have received prints/artwork for before Midnight Tuesday 24th March will be made and dispatched by Thursday 26th March. Deliveries are normally made the next day, however some deliveries are taking longer as courier companies struggle with demand/staffing
I have placed an order but yet to supply my prints/artwork. What will happen to my order?
All orders placed up to 1pm on Thursday 26th March will have printing kits dispatched via Royal Mail as normal. Please continue to take your prints and upload via our Magic Print Uploader as normal. Your order will be made and dispatched as soon as the Studio re-opens
When is the Studio re-opening?
We would love to have the answer to this one. We will be endearing to Government advice and will open as soon as it is safe to do so
