REQUEST AN ASHES COLLECTION KIT

We understand that choosing the perfect piece of memorial jewellery takes time, which is why we offer a Free Ashes Collection Kit, so you can prepare at your own pace.

Each kit includes everything needed to safely collect and store a small amount of ashes. You also have the option to add a free ring sizer to help you with finding the perfect fit.

Then, whenever you're ready, you can simply place an order for your chosen item of jewellery on our website and use the prepaid returns envelope included with your free kit to supply the ashes for your order.

Please note, if you are ready to order jewellery, you can do so without requesting this free kit - we will supply a collection kit once your jewellery order is placed

We kindly ask that you do not return this collection kit until you have placed an order for a jewellery item and added your order number to the tin, as we are not able to accept returns without the following steps having been completed;

You have placed an order for your chosen item/s of jewellery on our website
You have received a confirmation email for your order
Your unique order number, from this email, has been clearly added to your collection tin
The ashes or hair are safely enclosed in the tin
The tin has been placed into the velvet pouch and secured within the return envelope

Any unused ashes or hair will be respectfully returned with your finished jewellery.
