My experience with Hand on Heart jewellery has be flawless throughout the ordering procedure . From receiving the initial package containing a container and returning it with my recently deceased husbands ashes, to the receiving my amazing beautiful earrings containing his ashes. Being kept updated whilst the earrings were being made and delivery date. Cannot thank Hand on Heart Jewellery enough for my stunning earrings . Loosing my husband has been horrendous but having his ashes with me everyday where ever I go has been a great comfort . ❤️

All I can say is wow! I received my stunning necklace today which holds the ashes of both my grandparents and I absolutely love it! This is a wedding gift from my own parents so that I can have my grandparents with me on my wedding day! Thank you for the work you do, you are truly amazing! I paid next day delivery for this for my sister in laws 30th birthday after my mother in law passed away in February. The seller chooses to use Royal Mail who have ‘attempted’ to deliver my parcel the next day and the day after, even though I sat in and waited for it all day. It’s been a week now and I still haven’t received my parcel which is now a week late. I chose to collect from the post office so I could guarantee it be collected which was arrange for yesterday, the tracking still says awaiting delivery I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed, I go on holiday today which means the gift will now be 3 weeks late What’s the point in paying next day delivery when you use a carrier service that will not ensure delivery next day

From start to finish, the whole experience was stress-free , well organised and thoroughly professional. I left it very late to order my jewellery but the customer service was superb - I highly recommend Hand on Heart and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
