From initial enquiry email to the ring being delivered the service was excellent. The ring was for my granddaughter as Archer, the rescue dog her family brought back to England from Texas had died. She wanted to always have him with her. She is more than happy with her ring.

My Husband passed away in May 2025 and I wanted something I could carry with me at all times and this necklace was perfect. It has been beautifully created and it certainly feels very personal with his writing on the reverse side taken from the last Valentines card he wrote. I would recommend this to anyone it was easy to upload the images and I have had so many people say how beautiful it is and what a lovely idea.

Wonderful experience and will definitely recommend to family and friends. Delivery however was via royal mail 48hrs which took longer than this, which is a royal mail issue so not sure if they offer other delivery options

It was good had a few teething issues but in the end it was worth it.

Absolutely beautiful necklace. Having lost my wonderful mum a few months ago I decided to buy this in memory of her. I loved the teardrop pendant from the beginning but looked at others before deciding and am so glad I bought this one. It is stunning and the engraving on the back is just perfect. I can wear this knowing I have a little part of her close to me at all times and somehow that gives me comfort. The whole process of or choosing, ordering and delivery was so easy and I was kept up to date of timescale which was only about 2 weeks from beginning to end.
