When losing our pet of 18 years, we wanted the perfect keepsake to remember her by. I found Hand on Heart on Google when searching and I'm so glad I did. When I couldn't get my pets ashes out of her beautiful box, I contacted the team for help and they were amazing. The talked me through my options and made sure I could keep the paw print pendant design but using her fur. I was blown away. 2 necklaces (me and for my daughter) and arrived earlier than expected. They are perfect and exactly what we wanted. Thank you

very disappointed. The chain was thin and low quality (it broke) and my beloved pet's fur was invisible....I have no idea if they even used any - there are plenty of other companies on etsy that look much better. Asked for my £180 back to no avail. Avoid.
