Please note that hair varies greatly in colour, thickness and pigmentation, and this affects how it appears once preserved. Darker hair is typically more visible, whereas very fair, grey or white hair may appear faint or almost transparent when set. This is a natural outcome of the material itself and not a fault in the finished piece.

Some of our designs offer the unique opportunity to include personalised handwriting for the engraving. If you select this option during your order process, we'll send you a link to upload the handwriting sample you wish to include in your piece after receiving your order.

This design comes with a 12-month guarantee against any manufacturing defect. This means that in the unlikely event your memorial keepsake experiences a manufacturing defect, we will correct this free of charge.

The collection kit which is used to supply the ashes or hair to our studio will be dispatched within 1 working day of your order being placed. This kit includes a prepaid tracked returns service.

Once your ashes or hair arrive in our Studio, we aim to create and dispatch your order within 21 days. The completed order will be dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked service which usually takes around 2-3 days for delivery.

We handcraft each cremation ashes resin piece with care. While we strive for perfection, occasional imperfections may occur. If your jewellery falls short of our high standards, we will remake it as a priority at no extra cost. The imperfect piece and any unused ashes will be returned with your order.

If you require your jewellery to be delivered sooner, subject to availabilty, you may be offered a Fast-Track service on selected designs as you check-out. Please see the “Fast-Track Delivery” tab below for further information on this service.

International Delivery - Please note that we only deliver Jewellery made with Ashes to the UK. For orders originating from The Channel Islands, the arrangement and payment for postage to send the ashes to us will need to be handled by you. More details >

Please be advised that our Fast Track service has limited availability. If it is available at the time of ordering, the option will appear at checkout.The collection kit which is used to supply the ashes or hair to our studio will be dispatched on a Special Delivery Service within 1 working day of your order being placed. This kit includes a prepaid tracked returns service.

Once your ashes or hair arrive in our Studio, we aim to have your order created and delivered within 5 working days. The completed order will be dispatched using a Special Delivery service, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Due to the natural variables influencing our creation process, there may be rare instances where your jewellery needs to be remade. If this occurs, we may be unable to fulfil your order within the quoted 5 working days. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and refund the Fast-Track service fee in full while ensuring your order is completed as soon as possible. If your order includes multiple pieces of jewellery and one requires remaking, we will refund the Fast-Track service fee for the affected item. The completed pieces will be dispatched by the quoted date, and we will prioritise the remake to complete it as soon as possible.

We regret that we are not able to offer a faster delivery service than the quoted 5 working days.

Please be aware that if we receive your ashes within a week of a Bank Holiday, it may cause a delivery delay of 1-2 days. Once we receive the ashes, we will provide you with an accurate delivery date.

International Delivery - Please note that the Fast-Track service is only available in UK Mainland.

Upon receiving your order, we'll promptly send a hair collection pack to you via Royal Mail, labelled with your unique order reference. This pack contains a special bag for you to gently place a small sample of hair. Postage is pre-paid, allowing you to return the pack to us free of charge. To ensure accuracy, all packs are clearly marked for precise order matching, and we return any leftover hair with your completed piece. You can expect regular updates from us throughout this entire process.

Included with each order are comprehensive instructions to ensure your jewellery's longevity. Key recommendations include removing your jewellery when bathing, exercising, or cleaning and avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight or UV rays. We advise against using cleaning solutions and direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. For storage, keep your piece in its original box, separately from other items, in a cool and dry place. Regular inspection of all fittings is also advised to maintain durability. More details >
