With the provided equipment and instructions, you can easily fill the necklace in the comfort of your home, or you can choose to supply the ashes to our studio so that we can fill the piece for you, creating a unique and personal memento.

Your unique keepsake will come beautifully presented in a Hand on Heart Jewellery Box and delivered to your door. 

Please note this necklace is intended to hold only a small token of ashes.

Enhance your Jewellery Box by adding a special photograph to the inside of the box, adding an extra heartfelt touch to your jewellery.

We’ve made it easy to do – just choose the option to include a photograph from the product menu and upload your chosen image. Please note that all photos will be converted to black and white and cropped to square.

If you prefer not to add a photograph, don't worry; your jewellery will still arrive in a lovely Hand on Heart Jewellery gift box.
DELIVERY

As you proceed to checkout, you'll have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method. With Standard Delivery, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days through Royal Mail.

However, if you require your order promptly, ensure to place it before 1pm and opt for the Next Day* service. This means you'll receive your order on the next business day from when your order was placed.

If you choose to add our Jewellery Filling Service, your collection kit will be dispatched within one working day and we will aim to have your filled jewellery dispatched within 5 working days from the date which your kit is received back into our studio
