Created to keep your loved ones close always, the Self Fill Cremation Ashes Heart Ring is crafted from beautiful Sterling Silver with cubic zirconia gems set into the ring band. This keepsake is designed to be filled with a small token of cremation ashes from your loved one - we provide the equipment and instructions needed to do this at home. Your unique keepsake will come beautifully presented in a Hand on Heart Jewellery Box and delivered to your door.

Self Fill Ashes Heart Ring

I purchased this ring to keep my late mam near me always. Unfortunately the first ring I received although beautiful was faulty and the screw just wouldn't unscrew. A quick email to Hand on Heart and the problem was resolved immediately by Lucy who arranged to have a new ring sent to me. Thank you Lucy. The ring is perfect and I will treasure it always.

Just Beautiful!

I recently had an unexpected death of my young dwarf rabbit and as she was my first pet to pass away I really wanted something to commemorate her. The process of ordering the ring sizer all the way up to the delivery of my ring has been so stress free. When my ring arrived it was a perfect fit and now I have my Luna with me always! I would definitely recommend as the quality of the product is stunning and the customer service really helped me during this difficult time.
