Give the gift of choice with a Hand on Heart gift voucher. Available at a value of your choosing, you can also add a gift box and print kits to create the perfect gift for any occasion. Redeemable across our full range of jewellery.

T&Cs:
Vouchers are valid for 2 years from order date.
If the voucher is not redeemed in a single transaction, the outstanding amount will remain on the voucher until the expiry date.
Additional payment will be required if voucher value does not cover the cost of an order, this can be a second voucher or a card payment.

DELIVERY

When ordering you'll have the choice of two delivery methods:

Standard Delivery: Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day on a first class service with Royal Mail

Next Day Delivery: Order Monday-Friday before 1pm for delivery the very next working day. Please note some postcodes require extra delivery time. Read more >

I ordered a gift voucher and paid extra for the gift box. It arrived in pretty poor condition but i spoke to customer service who were amazing and so easy to deal with and they sent out another one straight away for me. The second one came which was in better condition but there was still some slight damage. The boxes are not packaged well for delivery as the first one literally arrived in a bag with no protection and second one sent only had a thin card sleeve around it in the bag. Maybe if they had some bubble wrap or something around them they would arrive in a better condition. Purchasing a voucher means it’s being given to someone as a gift so I feel the gift box should be in perfect condition especially when you pay extra for it. The voucher inside was nice enough. 4* given due to fantastic customer service.
