This elegant necklace is crafted from Stainless Steel and is designed to be filled with a small token of ashes from your loved one - we provide the equipment and instructions needed to do this at home. Your unique keepsake will come beautifully presented in a Hand on Heart Jewellery Box and delivered to your door.

As you proceed to checkout, you'll have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method. With Standard Delivery, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days through Royal Mail.

However, if you require your order promptly, ensure to place it before 1pm and opt for the Next Day* service. This means you'll receive your order on the next business day from when your order was placed.

This design comes with a 12 Month Guarantee which means that if any issues arise with your jewellery due to a fault with the piece, we will repair or remake it free of charge.

All our chains and additional elements come with a one-year guarantee. We urge you to regularly check for any wear and tear and to adhere to the care instructions meticulously to preserve the longevity of your piece.

Bit of a hic up but sorted quickly!

Loved the cylinder. Absolutely what I wanted but unfortunately the chain arrived brokenOnly took one email and a replacement was sent. . Really lovely piece of jewellery. Thank you.
