Are you driven by a love for challenges? Do you have a passion for digital design and a knack for technical roles? We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our production team in Penrith. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, creating unique jewellery pieces using state-of-the-art laser machinery and rotary engravers.
Beyond the initial creation, you’ll also bring each piece to perfection by adding those essential finishing touches. Attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy are key to success in this role.
While experience in similar technical roles or familiarity with laser and engraving machines is a plus, our unique process means you’ll receive full training to ensure your success. What’s most important is your confidence with technology and your ability to handle intricate work with care and precision.
Your dedication to excellence and your keen eye for detail will ensure that every piece you create is flawless, delivering comfort and joy to our customers. Although this role is largely machine-based, there are hands-on elements where you won’t mind getting your hands dirty. Additionally, a basic understanding of administrative tasks will be helpful for managing orders and organising your workload.
You'll enjoy 6 weeks of paid holiday, rising to 7 weeks after 24 months. Conveniently located just a stone’s throw from Penrith town centre, we provide free on-site parking, with local amenities only a short walk away.
