Once you have placed your order and have your prints ready, simply snap a photo of them and head to our Magic Print Uploader Here. Remember to keep your order number handy, which is available in your Order Confirmation Email.

When you place an order with us, we reserve a design slot to create your unique handcrafted piece. To keep everything on track, we typically need your prints within 8-12 days (or 28 days for international orders). If you’re unable to send them within this time, don’t worry—you have up to 12 weeks to provide them. However, this will extend your delivery timeframe up to 6 weeks from when we receive your prints. Some of our designs offer the unique opportunity to include personalised handwriting for the engraving. If you select this option during your order process, we'll send you a link to upload the handwriting sample you wish to include in your piece after receiving your order.

This design comes with a Lifetime No-Fade Guarantee, which means that if the prints or text fade due to a fault with the piece, we will repair or remake it free of charge.

All chains and additional elements are covered by a one-year guarantee. This guarantee applies when a chain is worn as intended, holding one charm only. Chains that are worn with multiple charms are subject to increased friction and stress and are therefore not covered under warranty.

Please note that the guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, including scratching, surface marks, or damage caused by wearing your jewellery alongside other pieces, as this can lead to metal-on-metal contact over time.

We strongly recommend checking your jewellery regularly for signs of wear and following our care instructions carefully to help preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece.

Can you use prints of any size?
Absolutely. All prints are miniaturised, keeping all of their unique detail, meaning that no print is too big or too small for our process.

Do the prints have to have been taken on paper?
Ideally, we require an ink print taken on paper for the best results. In some circumstances, we have been able to work with moulds of prints. Please contact us if this is your only option.
