Christmas Price Guarantee

Starting your Christmas shopping early and being organised with presents is always a great feeling, but we understand it can be frustrating if you buy a gift early and then see it reduced in price later. We've already run our only planned pre-Christmas promotion, and no further promotions are expected.

To give you the extra confidence and protection, we're proud to offer customers our Christmas Price Guarantee.

This guarantee means you can enjoy present shopping with us, while being safe in the knowledge that if you see a better price on our website for your order (price including delivery), then we’ll refund the difference.

If this happens when you shop with us between the 2nd October 2025 and 23rd December 2025, simply add the products to your basket again. Then, please send us a screenshot of the second page of the checkout while the promotion is running (you can only do this by proceeding to page two of the checkout to get the final cost). We will then happily refund the difference of the total amount paid.

1. Please note that the guarantee is applicable to the total cost, including delivery/express service. You must check the final cost including delivery/express service to your original postcode before contacting us for a refund of the difference. You do this by proceeding to page 2 of the checkout.

2. We must receive the screenshot of page 2 of the checkout while the promotion is still active for the guarantee to be applicable.
