Our current turnaround time is approximately 21 days from the moment we receive your loved one’s ashes in our Studio, to dispatching your completed jewellery.

To receive your piece in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order no later than 11th November.

All ashes must be received into our Studio on or before 18th November to allow us the time we need to create your jewellery with the care and devotion it deserves.

This is one of the busiest times of the year for our little team, and every piece is made by hand with love, so our capacity is limited.

Please note: These dates are subject to change depending on demand and may be brought forward is we reach capacity. The dates shown here apply only to new orders. Once your order is placed, your Christmas delivery is secure - as long as we receive your ashes within 10 days of ordering, or by 18th November (whichever comes first).
