Our current turnaround time is around 21 days* from the moment we receive your loved one’s ashes in our Studio to the dispatch of your completed jewellery. We also offer a 10-day Fast Track Service on selected designs (if available, you’ll see this option at checkout).

We still have a little capacity remaining for Christmas orders, but this is one of the busiest times of the year for our small, dedicated team. To guarantee Christmas delivery, please place your order now and return your ashes promptly once your kit arrives.

Once our capacity is full, we’ll switch off the option for Christmas delivery, and only January dispatch will be available at checkout - so if you’d like to receive your jewellery in time for Christmas, we’d strongly recommend ordering as soon as possible.

Sending in the Ashes
After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a Collection Kit linked to your order number. Please return this as quickly as possible so we have enough time to create and dispatch your jewellery before Christmas.

*Please note that some Gold Ashes Jewellery takes longer to create and may not arrive in time for Christmas. The exact timescale for each Gold design will be displayed at checkout and cannot be brought forward.
