ENGRAVING INFORMATION

Some of our designs offer the unique opportunity to include personalised handwriting for the engraving. If you select this option during your order process, we'll send you a link to upload the handwriting sample you wish to include in your piece after receiving your order.
DELIVERY

As you proceed to checkout, you'll have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method. With Standard Delivery, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days through Royal Mail.

However, if you require your order promptly, ensure to place it before 1pm and opt for the Next Day* service. This means you'll receive your order on the next business day from when your order was placed.

If you choose to add our Jewellery Filling Service, your collection kit will be dispatched within one working day and we will aim to have your filled jewellery dispatched within 5 working days from the date which your kit is received back into our studio"
