A unique piece of keepsake jewellery crafted from sterling silver, this necklace features a detailed image signifying a Family Tree, with embedded gemstones to give a touch of sparkle. Inside, you can safely store a small amount of your loved one's ashes, and we provide the necessary tools and step-by-step instructions for you to do this comfortably at home, or you can choose to supply the ashes to our studio so that we can fill the piece for you.

ENGRAVING INFORMATION

Some of our designs offer the unique opportunity to include personalised handwriting for the engraving. If you select this option during your order process, we'll send you a link to upload the handwriting sample you wish to include in your piece after receiving your order.
ADD A PHOTOGRAPH

Enhance your Jewellery Box by adding a special photograph to the inside of the box, adding an extra heartfelt touch to your jewellery.

We’ve made it easy to do – just choose the option to include a photograph from the product menu and upload your chosen image. Please note that all photos will be converted to black and white and cropped to square.

If you prefer not to add a photograph, don't worry; your jewellery will still arrive in a lovely Hand on Heart Jewellery gift box.
DELIVERY

As you proceed to checkout, you'll have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method. With Standard Delivery, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days through Royal Mail.

However, if you require your order promptly, ensure to place it before 1pm and opt for the Next Day* service. This means you'll receive your order on the next business day from when your order was placed.

If you choose to add our Jewellery Filling Service, your collection kit will be dispatched within one working day and we will aim to have your filled jewellery dispatched within 5 working days from the date which your kit is received back into our studio
