My ashes charm was made in memory of my Mum - Judith Swan. My precious mum was devastatingly taken from us at the age of 55 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Mum had the most beautiful smile, her laugh was infectious and I look up to everything she achieved in life with awe. Mum was a total shopaholic and loved her jewellery. I’m so proud to be able to carry my mum with me on her own pandora bracelet with my beautiful charm. I had discussed my plan for HOH jewellery with mum before she passed, she picked the lovely pink colour for me. I will treasure it forever, Thank you so much for creating something so so special for me & my mum. 💕
