As we celebrate 17 years of crafting Memorial Jewellery, we are excited to share an important update to our Ashes Jewellery services that we've been developing.

Understanding the urgency that sometimes accompanies the need for our Cremation Ashes Jewellery, we’re happy to introduce our new Fast Track 5 Working Day Service. This service is thoughtfully designed to deliver your memorial jewellery more quickly, yet without compromising the high-quality craftsmanship and materials you trust us to use.

Prioritising Quality Over Speed

You may wonder why we’ve never offered a Fast Track service before?
Each piece of Ashes Jewellery that we craft goes through a detailed process of engraving, pre-polishing, and setting, ensuring that every item is perfect. This typically takes 21 days, as we use only the finest resins that require at least 3 days to cure properly - we always give them 4, just to be extra safe. While we acknowledge that there are faster-curing materials available in the market, and other companies may use them, sacrificing the quality of our materials for speed is not a compromise we are willing to make. Our commitment to delivering exceptional memorial jewellery means we continue to use only the best resins, ensuring that each piece is durable, beautiful, and made to last a lifetime.

However, we've seen an increasing number of requests for quicker completions, often linked to upcoming special events or as a part of urgent travel plans.

Knowing how much it pains us to turn away these heartfelt requests due to time constraints, it's driven us to find a middle ground that maintains our high standards while accommodating the timelines of those who need it sooner.

Fast Track 5 Day Service: How it works

Priority Processing:

Your order will be prioritised in our design schedule, ensuring quick attention.

Next Day Delivery

Both the collection kit and the final piece of jewellery will be dispatched via next-day delivery to minimise waiting times.

Unchanged Curing Time

We maintain our 3-day curing period to ensure that the resin sets perfectly, preserving the quality and finish you expect. This service is designed to expedite the part of the process that we can, ensuring your jewellery still receives the attention to detail it deserves.

We want to be as transparent as possible about the reasons behind introducing this service. At Hand on Heart, making abrupt service changes without explanation isn’t how we do things. This decision was made with careful consideration and planning, ensuring that we continue to offer products that not only meet but exceed your expectations.

This enhancement to our service could not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of our team, particularly our Product & Service Manager, Ellie, who has been instrumental in integrating this new offering seamlessly into our processes. The task required extensive adjustments and meticulous attention to detail - flow charts included!
