"I wanted to buy something special for my Nan's 80th birthday and whilst looking through old photos I found a postcard for her from her Mum. Obviously, the same as anyone's Mum, she was very special and important in her life. I saw the engraved handwriting that HOH can do and bought it straight away. The communication and easiness from then on in was second to none. They were very professional, very clear and kept me up to date throughout the process. My Nan received her necklace yesterday and to say she is happy with it is a complete understatement, she cried and cried when she opened it (happy tears). It is such a special piece of jewellery and I cannot thank you guys enough. It made her birthday.
