Hallmarked with our individual HoH stamp at the Birmingham Essay Office and suitable for him or her, the Medallion charm is complete with a mid-length 26" chain. The charm is perfect when worn alone or layered with a shorter necklace for an on-trend fashion statement. The charm features two prints, name and date of birth on each side - perfect if you have two children.

Delivery Times - Printing Kits
If you select to have a FREE Magic Printing Kit sent to you as you order, this will be dispatched within 1 working day, please allow 5 working days for delivery. If a fast-track service is available, this will be shown as an option at checkout.
Delivery Times - Jewellery
As our process is handmade, delivery times vary throughout the year depending. As you place your order, the delivery date for your order will be clearly displayed as you checkout and on your confirmation email. If you require your order sooner, you can take advantage of our 7 day express service which will be offered at checkout if available.
Next Day Services
Next Day Delivery is available on a select range of Jewellery, Printing Kits and Vouchers. Simply select this service at checkout before 1pm (Monday - Friday) for delivery the next working day. Please note that this service is not available over the Christmas holidays.
Chargeable Postcodes
Please note that certain areas in the UK do incur a surcharge from our courier companies, therefore, this charge is added depending on your postcode. The following postcodes and areas incur a charge of £10 at checkout: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-99, KA27-2, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, ZE1-3, TR21-TR25 and the Isle of Man. The Channel Islands incur a surcharge of £12 and Northern Ireland incurs a surcharge of £9.
International Delivery
Customs Charges and Import Tax
Please be aware that as per our T&Cs, international orders may incur import duties and taxes. Hand on Heart Jewellery Ltd is not responsible for any additional charges. If these charges are refused by the customer the order will be returned to us and a cost to re-send the parcel will apply, refunds will not be issued for orders if the custom charges are refused.
Republic of Ireland
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is available upon request, please email the team via studio@handonheartjewellery.co.uk for help placing your order. All prices and timescales will be quoted upon reply.
United States of America
Delivery to the USA is available and the price will be calculated at checkout. We ask that you allow 10 days for delivery of all print kits, and that prints are returned within 28 day of receipt. Please then allow 28 days from artwork being supplied for delivery of the jewellery. Please note that printing kit only orders and next day services are unavailable.
Australia and New Zealand
Delivery to these areas are available and the price will be calculated at checkout. We ask that you allow 21 days for delivery of all print kits, and 28 days from artwork being supplied for delivery of the jewellery. Please note that printing kit only orders and next day services are unavailable to these areas.
Packaging
All of our outer packaging for orders being delivered to England, Scotland and Wales is unbranded and discrete to ensure that no surprises are spoilt. Please note that invoices and customs labels are included on orders being delivered to Northern Ireland and all international locations.
