Job Specification - Junior Office Assistant
Reporting to: Customer Services Manager

Working Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

All our beautiful creations are completely bespoke and unique to the customer, being handcrafted using their loved ones’ true hand, foot or paw prints. Purpose of the Role
Your role will be to assist our Customer Services Manager with the day to day running of the office and providing administrative support to our team, playing your part in ensuring our customers have a first class customer experience.
Your main responsibility will be to process all customer orders effectively and efficiently, ensuring prints kits are dispatched in a timely manner and to a high standard. Other responsibilities will be distributing incoming post, logging outgoing post with Royal Mail and general administrative duties as and when reasonably requested by management.
Training & Experience
As a quality member of our customer service team, you will have the ability to communicate professionally with our customers by email and telephone as well as various forms of social media contact (such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat). Ideally, you will have previous experience within an office environment or a customer service role, however this is not essential as full training will be given. GCSE English and Maths of C grade or above is essential.
We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic individual who will bring passion to our customer service team. You will be a great communicator and have strong attention to detail as well as being able to use your own initiative and have the flexibility to be able to adapt to new situations.
