On receipt of all orders an impression kit is sent out to enable you to take a suitable print. If you already have a print on paper that you would prefer us to use instead then please feel free to email a copy to us and we will confirm whether can work from the specific print.
If you have already ordered from us in the past,we do keep all prints for 2 years so there’s no need to retake prints!

As well as developing the outstanding quality of products that Hand on Heart is known for, we are also dedicated to bringing the customer excellent service throughout the process keeping you up to date with your orders progress. On receipt of your order you will be emailed confirmation of your order and suitable impression kits will be dispatched with full instructions. For further details on taking an impression please please see ‘The process’. Once you have completed your impressions, you simply return them in the stamped address envelope provided. Hand on Heart will confirm that your impressions have been received into the Studio and will start work on your unique piece.
For Hand on Heart Jewellery to be able to create the very best handprint and fingerprint Jewellery on the market it does take a little time, no machines are used in our process and each and every piece is handcrafted and polished by hand. For current lead times please se our home page.
Once you order is perfect, we will notify you of it’s dispatch. All orders are posted via Royal Mail using the appropriate service to ensure your item is fully insured.
