How To Find Your Ring Size

How To Find Your Ring Size

Ordering the correct size ring is essential – especially if it’s personalised jewellery that’s unique to you or your loved one. If a ring is too big, it’s at risk of slipping off. Too small, and it’ll be uncomfortable and very difficult to remove!

At Hand on Heart, our ring designs are available in a variety of different sizes. Ladies’ rings are available in sizes J to S. Mens’ rings are available in sizes R to Y.

If you need to find your own ring size or a loved one’s ring size, there are a few options available.

Order our Hand on Heart ring sizer

Firstly, you can order a Ring Sizer from our website. This ring sizer is very easy to use and is a great way to accurately measure your finger, giving you your exact ring size. Your chosen ring design can then be ordered in the correct size at a later date.

Measure an existing ring

To find out the ring size of an existing ring, measure the inside diameter and use a ring size chart to determine the size.

Print out a ring size guide

A quick Google search will present printable ring size guides you can print and use. You can select a ring that fits your desired finger, then simply place the ring over the circles, and you’ll have your size. However, be sure to check that the measurement shown refers to the inside diameter of the ring.

Visit your local jewellers

If in doubt you can always visit your local jewellers who will be able to advise you further about the ring size you'd need.
