I purchased an urn necklace in March 2024. On arrival, the presentation box and necklace itself were both lovely. I went on to have some issues with the necklace cord. I wrote to Hand on Heart Jewellery, and not only did I receive a lovely, heartfelt message with apology but they resolved my problem immediately. Really well dealt with. I really appreciate the customer service and I will definitely buy again from here as a result.

My precious daughter and best friend fell asleep at age 21, the worst day of my life. I was told about ashes in glass and was hesitant about getting it done for a while but so glad I decided to get a beautiful necklace and I have my beautiful daughter with me every day. I would recommend having it done, this company handles things lovely and it comes beautifully boxed, will definitely be ordering a ring, thank you so much, it’s given me a lot of comfort.
